Release & Waiver.
Read this before you attend. Every rider and spectator must sign a release before entering the compound.
Dirt bike riding is inherently dangerous. RAHA Riding Class provides coaching and a controlled environment, but every rider assumes personal responsibility. Riders and spectators — including parents/guardians of minors — must review and sign the release below before entering RahVille MX.
Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in any activity of RAHA Riding Class at RahVille MX, I release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Colby Raha, RAHA Riding Class, RahVille MX, their agents, staff, employees, and property owners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury — including death — that may be sustained while participating in, spectating at, or otherwise being on the premises for any RAHA Riding Class activity.
Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that dirt bike riding, jumping, freeride, and related activities involve significant risks, including but not limited to serious bodily injury, paralysis, permanent disability, and death. I voluntarily assume all such risks — known and unknown — and elect to participate in spite of them.
Minor Indemnity
For riders under 18, the undersigned parent or legal guardian consents to their participation and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the parties listed above from any claims arising from the minor's participation. Parents or guardians of minor riders must remain on the property during the class.
Inspection & Acceptance of Premises
I have had — or hereby waive — the opportunity to inspect the premises and equipment. By participating, I accept them as safe and suitable for my use.
Indemnity
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Colby Raha, RAHA Riding Class, RahVille MX, and their affiliates from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my participation, whether caused by my own negligence or otherwise.
This summary is provided for convenience. The binding waiver is the version signed on-site (or delivered by email prior to the class). If you have legal questions, consult your own attorney before attending.
